Greetings Colleagues,

It is with great pleasure and pride that I announce Cindy Soares, 5th grade teacher at Saylesville Elementary School as Lincoln's 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year. Join me in wishing Cindy congratulations on this prestigious honor. Cindy has been a teacher in Lincoln since 2002 and has held various teaching positions in the district. She was surprised by this announcement today at Saylesville with her family in attendance. Congrats again Cindy and thank you for the wonderful work you do for our students, their families and your colleagues in Lincoln! We know Cindy will make us proud as she represents Lincoln in the competition for Rhode Island Teacher of The Year. Way to go Cindy! Good luck.
